I/we agrees to pay the amount of $249.99 for restocking fee in case of refusing the vehicle that I/we agrees to buy. After delivery of your vehicle by Allyanz or any other authorized party to me/us, the purchase is definitive and irrevocable, any guarantees and satisfaction for purchased vehicle must be furnished by Selling Dealer. I/we understand this provision and agrees with it. I/we waives any responsibility or liability against Allyanz.
